I had an Orthodontist appointment today and I was hoping she was going to tell Me My braces are ready to come off. Not yet. BUT, it’s very close! There is one tiny space she’d like to see closed first, so a few more weeks and then hopefully I will hear the words I have been waiting for!! She also wants Me to wear My band/elastic for 20 hours a day and I’ve been wearing it for maybe 12-14 hours. Ugh. I hate the damn thing. ? So….I might even be wearing it in a few clips because I want these things OFF My teeth like yesterday!

I am SO excited that I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel!  you have no idea HOW NICE it will be to clean My teeth without using 4 different tools! (Platypus flosser, Waterpik, floss threader thingie and proxabrush–aka “Christmas tree” brush). Not to mention being able to eat without half My meal getting lodged in My braces! Fun times! ?

AND….I found out that My massage therapist is back to work so I can get My monthly massages again. SO happy! ?

I also found out today that a home improvement project is going to happen a lot sooner than I thought, which I guess is okay. I was just told it might take 4 weeks since it was a special order item, so I mentally had that on the shelf for then. But it arrived early, so that’ll probably get done next week.

Tomorrow it’s supposed to get to 88 degrees which means….AIR CONDITIONING!!  In the last week we’ve had the heat on, the windows open and tomorrow, the air will be turned on for the first time this year. But I’m not complaining because at least it’s NOT snowing!!! ?

Now I’ve got to go hand wash some stinky lingerie. I got it off of ebay, vintage (of course), and it’s in perfect condition but it just has a musty smell to it like it’s been sitting in someone’s basement. Which…it probably has!
