Opportunity to make Me SMILE today…

I just got back from Afternoon tea with My group of ladies that I go with to tea with. I am  in the BEST mood! But you could make it better…..! ?  Pay for it! Duh! ?  $30  —satinmikey gets the equation!! ?

I just made the appointment for getting My braces off!! ??☺

There is a VERY good chance that after My next Orthodontist appointment, I will be told My braces are ready to come off. And since I have a Dental appointment for a cleaning in July, the plan was always to have the braces off BEFORE that. Well there’s only a few weeks in between those two appointments so I figured I better make an appointment NOW instead of waiting until I get the official OK at My next appointment.

I am SOOOOO friggen’ excited right now!!!

Woke up to clip sales (as usual) and a tribute from sissy dee dee.

I also got email notification from ebay about another cool pair of vintage Willy’s stockings. See them HERE. Yeah, those do seem like they’d be pretty rare (made for the Stardust Hotel in Vegas in the 1960’s). I love the design of the little hand throwing dice–that’s awesome! It also reminded Me of a pair I have in My collection and did a photoset with for My old paysite.

When a guy is getting too handsy, let your stocking tops make the message clear! ?

Aren’t those great?! I love stockings that have a sense of humor! ?

I had an Orthodontist appointment today and I was hoping she was going to tell Me My braces are ready to come off. Not yet. BUT, it’s very close! There is one tiny space she’d like to see closed first, so a few more weeks and then hopefully I will hear the words I have been waiting for!! She also wants Me to wear My band/elastic for 20 hours a day and I’ve been wearing it for maybe 12-14 hours. Ugh. I hate the damn thing. ? So….I might even be wearing it in a few clips because I want these things OFF My teeth like yesterday!

I am SO excited that I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel!  you have no idea HOW NICE it will be to clean My teeth without using 4 different tools! (Platypus flosser, Waterpik, floss threader thingie and proxabrush–aka “Christmas tree” brush). Not to mention being able to eat without half My meal getting lodged in My braces! Fun times! ?

AND….I found out that My massage therapist is back to work so I can get My monthly massages again. SO happy! ?

I also found out today that a home improvement project is going to happen a lot sooner than I thought, which I guess is okay. I was just told it might take 4 weeks since it was a special order item, so I mentally had that on the shelf for then. But it arrived early, so that’ll probably get done next week.

Tomorrow it’s supposed to get to 88 degrees which means….AIR CONDITIONING!!  In the last week we’ve had the heat on, the windows open and tomorrow, the air will be turned on for the first time this year. But I’m not complaining because at least it’s NOT snowing!!! ?

Now I’ve got to go hand wash some stinky lingerie. I got it off of ebay, vintage (of course), and it’s in perfect condition but it just has a musty smell to it like it’s been sitting in someone’s basement. Which…it probably has!
